About
We've run the hard side of eCommerce support for years.
Helpfully exists because we kept watching subscription brands leak revenue to support failures nobody was measuring. So we built the operation we wished existed — and now we run it for subscription and rebill brands across supplements, beauty, gadgets, wellness, and continuity.
How we got here
Helpfully started inside the industry, not adjacent to it. Before this was a company, the founding team was running support queues for subscription brands — taking the cancel calls, fighting the disputes, watching refunds go out the door that a better-equipped agent would have saved.
The pattern was always the same. The brands had the offers, the traffic, and the volume. What they didn't have was an operation: documented save flows, dispute responses built per reason code, QA that scored what mattered, and reporting that showed where the money was actually leaking. The software vendors sold tools. The big outsourcers sold hours. Nobody sold the operation.
So we built it — our own phones, Email AI, ticketing, dashboards, AI assist layer, and self-service portal — and staffed it with operators across the US, Philippines, St. Lucia, and Pakistan. Today we run customer operations for subscription and rebill brands at every size, month-to-month, with an average client tenure over three years.
How we work
How we think about the work.
We tell you the truth.
What we'd fix, how we'd approach it — even if the answer is "you don't need us yet."
We don't sell hours.
We sell operational outcomes: chargebacks reduced, subscriptions saved, refunds prevented.
We respect what AI is for.
We don't pretend AI can do what humans do. And we don't pretend humans should do what AI does better.
We don't use contracts.
We earn the next month, every month. If the operation doesn't work, you leave.
Built to be kept, not signed.
